What should I do if I am unable to travel a few days before arrival?

Contact the booking office by phone or email and our staff will provide you with all the assistance and help you need to find an alternative solution to cancellation compatible with your needs, for example, postponing your arrival or completely postponing your holiday in another period of the season.

What do I need do to make a booking?

Reservations are managed by Web Tourist Agency srl. You can book online here, by sending an email to [email protected] or by phone on 041/3194275.

What is included in the price?

Here are the services included in the price of your accommodation: Italian breakfast, Wi-Fi, sheets, towels, daily room tidying up, final cleaning. The transfer to and from the port of Procida is available free of charge upon your arrival and departure from 9am to 7pm.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

To confirm your stay, you will need to pay a deposit of 30% within 7 days of the booking date and the remaining balance within 14 days before arrival. A few days before the balance is due, we will send you a reminder with all the details to make the payment and definitively confirm your booking. For stays under €400.00 or stays arriving within the next 15 days, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Is the price per person or per accommodation?

The cost refers to the accommodation. The number of people staying must not exceed the maximum capacity of the accommodation.

Can I make changes to my booking?

Yes, you can always modify your reservation before your arrival, without any cost or supplement, by contacting the booking office. We remind you that some changes are subject to availability and that changes in the type of accommodation, arrival and/or departure dates may result in a change in the total price of the holiday.

Can I pay with credit card?

You can pay for your reservation by bank transfer, with all major credit cards or with the PayPal circuit. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted in the camps for the payment of extras such as: bike rental, boat rental, dinners and drinks at the bar.

If I need to cancel my booking, can I get a refund?

In case of cancellation: -14 days before arrival Web Tourist Agency Srl will refund the amounts already paid less € 20 for administration costs. - from 1 to 13 days before arrival: no refund, but contact us as soon as possible and we will find a solution together, possibily suggesting alternative dates. Please note that changing dates may result in a change in the final price of your stay.

How can I pay for my reservation?

The deposit and the balance can be paid online by credit card (click on LOGIN at the top right and enter your credentials) or by bank transfer to the following coordinates: Beneficiary: Web Tourist Agency S.r.l. If I decide to leave earlier than planned, am I entitled to a refund?

In case of no show, late arrival, early departure, the price of the stay remains the one established at the time of booking.
