From what time can I arrive and at what time do I have to leave, on the day of departure?

The reception is open from 8 to 20. Your accommodation will be available from 15 and you will have to leave it on the day of departure by 10. If it is possible to accommodate you earlier than expected in the accommodation you have chosen, we will!

Are there also pitches available?

No, there are no pitches.

What should I do if I am unable to travel a few days before arrival?

Contact the booking office by phone or email and our staff will provide you with all the assistance and help you need to find an alternative solution to cancellation compatible with your needs, for example, postponing your arrival or completely postponing your holiday in another period.

How do I get around once in Procida?

Our camps are located in the heart of Procida, which is a small island of about 4km2. It is very easy to get around on foot or with electric bikes. Alternatively, an efficient bus service is available. More info here.

What do I need do to make a booking?

Reservations are managed by Web Tourist Agency srl. You can book online here, by sending an email to [email protected] or by phone on 041/3194275.

What is included in the price?

Here are the services included in the price of your accommodation: Italian breakfast, Wi-Fi, sheets, towels, daily room tidying up, final cleaning. The transfer to and from the port of Procida is available free of charge upon your arrival and departure from 9-18.

Is there animation?

No, we don't have entertainment and we prefer our guests to enjoy the magic of the place.

Is there a hair dryer provided?

In the bathroom, in addition to the courtesy kit, you will also find a hairdryer and a diffuser.

Does the camp have a restaurant?

In both of our camps you will find a ristobar where you can enjoy fabulous cocktails, aperitifs and freshly prepared snacks. At noon you can order a light lunch and in the evening we offer you pizzas with fresh ingredients prepared at the moment!

Is there a TV?

No, we do not have a television in our camps.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

To confirm the reservation we require a 30% deposit, to be paid within 7 days of the confirmation date. The balance must be paid within 14 days before check-in.

Is it possible to rent a scooter?

There are several scooter rentals, but we advise against them because they are subject to traffic restrictions and no traffic zones. With e-bikes, on the other hand, it is always possible to circulate!

Is there a cleaning service during the stay?

Daily tidying up of the accommodation and cleaning of the bathroom is provided. If you wish, you can request that the accommodation not be tidied up during your stay, so that no one else can access it.

Is linen included?

Yes, bedlinen and towels are included in the price.

Are there lockable accommodations?

Airstreams and suites can be locked; glamping tents and lodges are equipped with zips but no padlocks.

Do the accommodations all have air conditioning?

All units have air conditioning.

Is the bathroom private or shared?

Each Safari tent has its own private bathroom with toilet, shower and sink right next to the accommodation.

Is the price per person or per accommodation?

The cost refers to the accommodation.

Do I need to book the transfer beforehand?

Yes, the transfer is a service on request only and you must book it at least 48 hours before your arrival. If you were unable to book it, to request the service you must contact the reception on 0039 (0)81 8101112 (La Caravella), 0039 (0)81 3534392 (Ciraccio). The transfer is always guaranteed from 9 to 19, except for any restrictions on mobility on the island, on particular days or time slots.

Is Wi-fi included?

Yes, Wi-Fi is included in the price.

Is the breakfast incuded?

An Italian breakfast with delicious croissants, coffee and fresh fruit is included in the price.

Is the pool at La Caravella Camp heated?

Yes, when temperatures are cooler the pool is heated.

Is the pool only for guests?

Yes the pool is reserved just for La Caravella guests.

Is the beach equipped? Do you provide umbrella and deck chairs?

The beaches near our camps are free but there are also lidos where you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas, which are not provided by us.

Are the camps accessable for the disabled people?

We do not have suitable accommodation available to accommodate people with disabilities.

Do you recommand Ciraccio Camp or La Caravella Camp?

We recommend them both, because in both you will find the atmosphere, care and quality of Procida Camp & Resort. We recommend Ciraccio to those who want to stay in a more peaceful location and La Caravella to those who prefer the vitality of the centre.

I can't have gluten/I am a veggie what are my options?

Of course, let us know when booking and we will let you find gluten-free alternatives. Vegetarian options are always available.

Can I rent a bicycle?

Yes, within our camps you can easily rent electric bikes to explore the island. Some bikes are equipped with a seat for the little ones.

Can we bring our dog?

We love animals, but we are not set up to welcome them.

Can I book a half pension service?

Your stay always includes Italian breakfast (coffee and brioche), but we do not offer half board or full board. Our restaurant bars are at your disposal for a midday snack, or in the evening for an aperitif with freshly prepared snacks.

Can I make changes to my booking?

Yes, you can always modify your reservation before your arrival, without any cost or supplement, by contacting the booking office. We remind you that some changes are subject to availability and that changes in the type of accommodation, arrival and/or departure dates may result in a change in the total price of the holiday.

Can I pay with credit card?

You can pay for your reservation by bank transfer, with all major credit cards or with the PayPal circuit. Credit cards and debit cards are accepted in the camps for the payment of extras such as: bike rental, boat rental, dinners and drinks at the bar.

Which camp is near the center?

La Caravella is in a central area of the island, right next to the church of Sant'Antonio. From here, with a 15-20 minute walk, you can reach the Marina di Corricella, the port and the Ciraccio beach. Camp Ciraccio is in a more peaceful location, close to the sea. The center can be reached in about half an hour on foot (or less than 10 minutes with our electric bicycles).

Which camp is closer to the beach?

Ciraccio is located a few meters from the sea and the beach can be reached in 1 minute. La Caravella is in a more internal position, in the center of the island of Procida. The closest beach is Chiaia and is a 5-minute walk away. You can reach it via a private shortcut, go down a stone staircase (180 steps, but they are not steep) and that's it!

How many accommodations are there in both camps?

At La Caravella there are 4 Garden Suites, 3 Safari Lodges and 5 Airstream caravans, one of which is smaller for 2 people. At Ciraccio there are 4 Cozy Lodges, 2 Family for 4 people, 2 Family for 5 people, 1 XL and 3 Sea View.

If I need to cancel my booking, can I get a refund?

You can cancel your reservation at any time before the start of your stay by sending a written communication. In case of cancellation: -14 days before arrival Web Tourist Agency Srl will refund 100% of the amounts already paid. - from 1 to 13 days before arrival and in the event of a no show, there is no refund, but contact us as soon as possible and we will find a solution together, perhaps proposing alternative dates.

Can you add a small cot for a baby?

We can add a baby cot to all accommodations except Airstreams and Cozy Lodges.

Can we arrive by car?

In Procida cars are allowed only to residents. You can leave your car in one of the many guarded car parks near the port of Naples or Pozzuoli, and then embark on the ferry or hydrofoil. Don't worry, we will pick you up when you arrive in Procida! Read more here.
