For how many people are the lodges?
Depending on the type of lodge or tent we offer accommodations for 2 up until 4 people.
What is the distance until the closest beach?
The closest beach is the beach of Chiaia, through a little private shortcut you arrive very quickly.
The toilets are private?
Sure, they are. Each lodge or tent has a private bathroom, and a fantastic outdoor shower, to stay in touch with nature.
Is there staff present at night?
Yes there is staff present in the resort 24hr.
Is breakfast included?
Yes, a rich breakfast is provided. For those who like sweet or savoury.
Inside the tents, there are ventilators?
The tents of our Nordisk Village are equipped with a ventilator, the Safari Lodges have air condition.
The Garden Suites have air condition?
Yes, they are all equipped with air con.
Do the Airstreams have air con?
Yes, the Airstream also have air con.
At what time is check in and check out?
It is possible to check in from 15.00 until 20.00. The check out is instead until 10 o’clock in the morning. If it possible we try to accommodate you before the above-mentioned times, if the accommodations are ready.
Can you rent bikes at the resort?
Yes, at our resort it is possible to rent e-bikes, to explore the island. For the smallest ones we have available a small buggy to you can attach to your bike.
Can we bring our dogs?
Unfortunately, we do not allow dogs inside the resort.
Do you provide bed linen?
Yes, bedlinen and towels are included in the price.
Do you provide hairdryers?
In our bathrooms you will find a courtesy line of products, plus a hairdryer.
Can you arrive with the car?
It is possible to arrive with the car, but during the Summer the circulations of cars are very reduced, in case you really wanted to come with a car, let us know in advance and we advise you on the best solution.
Is there animation?
No, we don’t provide animation and we prefer our guests to enjoy the quietness and tranquillity of the resort.
Is there a tv?
No we don’t have any tv’s in the resort.
What is included in the price?
Included in the price are the following services: buffet breakfast, WIFI, linen and towels, daily housekeeping, final clean, and 10% VAT. A transfer service from Procida port is available for free from 9am to 7pm.
The price is per person or per lodge?
The price refers to the accommodations.
What do I have to do to book?
Is a deposit needed?
To confirm your booking, we kindly ask you to pay a deposit of 30%, to be paid within 14 days of your confirmation date. The balance must be paid 14 days before your arrival date.
If I cancel the booking, will I be entitled to a refund?
The client can cancel the booking at any moment, before the start of the stay through a written communication. In case of cancellation:
- within 14 days, before the arrival web tourist agency srl will refund 100% of the amount already paid.
- From 1 till 13 days before the arrival or in case of a no-show, no refund will be made.
Can I pay with a credit card?
It is possible to pay for the reservation through bank transfer or credit card. In the resort credit cards are accepted for the payment of extra services: bike rental, excursions, consumptions at the bar, taxi transfer.
Can I cancel my reservation free of charge?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation free of charge up until 14 days before the arrival date and the full amount paid will be refunded to you by bank transfer.
Can I change/amend my reservation?
Yes, you can always change your booking before arriving without any costs or extra.
You can do this by contacting our booking office.
We remind you that some changes are subject to availability and that changes in the type of accommodation, arrival and/or departure dates, may result in a change in the total price of the holiday.
What should I do if I am unable to travel a few days before arrival?
Contact the reservations office by phone or email and our staff will provide you with all the assistance and help you need to find an alternative solution suitable to your needs, for example by postponing your arrival or completely changing your holiday dates moving it to another period.
How is the cleaning of the accommodation carried out?
The staff dedicated to cleaning the accommodations first remove bed linen and towels from the bungalow, caravan or tent, they then carry out a complete cleaning, paying particular attention to the kitchen and bathroom.
After cleaning the floor and all surfaces with specific detergents, disinfection all points of great contact such as sockets, switches, handles, etc. are carried out.
The staff also cleans the filters of the air conditioner, where present.
Is there a daily housekeeping service?
Yes, there is a daily tidying up of the accommodation and cleaning of the bathroom.
If you wish, you can request that the accommodation not be cleaned during your stay, so that no one else accesses it.
Are there disinfectant gel dispensers in the communal areas?
At Procida Camp & Resort the communal areas available to guests are all outdoors and in the bar area, reception area and pool there are dispensers of alcohol-based disinfectants for hand hygiene.
Are the social distances rules being respected and controlled in common areas, such as in the bar or pool area?
Yes, the Resort staff informs guests about the safety protocols provided and has the right to inform those who do not comply with the required rules in terms of spacing, hygiene and use of masks.
Is the entrance to the swimming pool regulated?
Yes. The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of Resort guests and to ensure adequate spacing, a maximum of 7 people is allowed in the water at the same time.
The quality of the water is guaranteed through regular checks carried out several times a day.
In the solarium area next to the swimming pool, some sunbeds are available, positioned at an adequate distance and sanitized after each use.
